No customer service. Ordered a meal received it warm not hot, Tasted like it had been sitting there for a while. Received chips in the meal and they were Yuck!! Tried to talk to a lady (Manager I believe) didnt want to listen to my concerns. Never again!!

I did not like aporto at all. The quality has dropped big time. The burger I ordered with extra chilli sauce, hardly got chilli sauce in it and the burger was very dry as well.

Food was ok not great but i waited 30 mins. My order was collected by another person although my name was never called.
I eventually received another meal, contents were wrong. Doubt ill return. Was very busy.

Granted it was a busy Saturday lunch, but a 15 min wait after already lining up to order for 5 mins is not fast food. None of the staff were working with any sense of urgency despite at least 20 customers waiting for orders. When my order was finally bagged, it was the food I had watched sit on a near empty pass for at least 5 mins while the bagging staff worked diligently through the order list with no care for what food was ready. Needless to say it was half cold. Won’t be back.
