Fresh One Kebab

Sorry if this sounds minor, but thought this place may have changed with owner change but ordered an large chicken kabab, lettuce cheese and tomato... Why would u put onion on it? There is no other ingredient that could make it worse.. I'm sick of paying for food that these fast food companies can't even get a simple thing right... Get little thing right....

Been coming here for years. Has changed hands a few times but the new owners have added some things. Now you can get biryani & butter chicken. The prices aren't the cheapest I've seen, but considering the quality & how generous the portions are they're very decent. I ordered a small combo with a few extras - the kebab was almost bursting, & the chip box was over filled so the lid couldn't close My only complaint is that it took 15 minutes when it could've been 5, for no good reason - no sense of urgency :/ But the kebabs are great

I ordered a snack box and paid extra to have cheese put on the chips. After waiting quite a while for the order when it wasn’t even busy, my order didn’t come with the cheese. When I questioned it I was made to feel like it was my fault. Given that the meats and sauces were already on the chips I simply asked if they could put the cheese in a separate container and I’ll sort out when I get back to my office, it was like I asked them to break the law!! Needless to say, I didn’t get the cheese that I paid extra for and I won’t be going back. My recommendation, find another kebab shop as there’s others around
