Zizzi - Bristol Clifton Village

First time visiting Zizzi and I was pleasantly surprised! The pasta dishes we ordered were delicious. The Garlic bread was such a treat too. The starter we got - Crispy Calamari was the best for me. It tasted fresh and really flavourful. We made the mistake of ordering a chicken dish at an Italian restaurant which turned out to be pretty basic. Wouldn’t recommend that to anyone. The desserts were really amazing as well. Overall the staff were super friendly and the food was great. Place has a different vibe to it and the aesthetics were brilliant!

I recently tried the Margherita pizza at Zizzi, and it was great! The pizza had a thin and crispy crust with a golden brown color. It was topped with fresh basil leaves that added a nice touch. The tomato sauce was flavorful but not overpowering. The melted mozzarella cheese was creamy and delicious. The portion size was generous, and the pizza was served hot. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere. If you love Margherita pizza, give Zizzi a try! I got 2 cokes which was around £7.

Today, my family and I spent a lovely afternoon in Bristol and stumbled upon the wonderful Zizzi Italian restaurant. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality by the friendly staff, and the overall ambience was simply beautiful. We opted for the 3 course meal package and decided to go with the vegan meatballs, Italian garden pizza with red berries and pesto sauce, and lemon cheesecake for dessert Let me tell you, everything was absolutely amazing! The pizza was cooked to perfection with its thin and crispy crust, and the toppings of red berries and pesto sauce were a delightful combination. As for the vegan meatballs, my kids couldn't get enough of them and even paired them with some delicious in-house soft drinks. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Zizzi and can't wait to come back again with the whole family. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch - what more could we ask for? Highly recommend giving this place a try!

First time visiting Zizi, we were impressed with the portion sizes, and struggled to finish our meals! We both really enjoyed our starters… Mains were average, and unfortunately my first choice wasn’t available which I wasn’t aware of until ordering so having to pick another choice on the spot! They have a set 3 course menu… which is good value for the amount of food given. The restaurant itself could do with a refresh with painting the walls and unfortunately where we were sat was a bit dull and shut away. Overall staff were great, and Johnny our waiter was friendly and helpful!
