Racks Bar & Kitchen

Went to Racks Bar & Kitchen last night for a meal with friends and the food was lovely, the set up was lovely and the staff just topped off an overall great evening! Obviously quite a popular place as the bar was rather busy at times but the young man working on the bar, Harvey, never dropped his smile - he was extremely polite, friendly and hospitable upon welcoming. Definitely recommend!!

I visited recently on a lovely sunny Septembers day and was served at the bar by a charming lady called B, it was incredibly busy inside but she took the time to make me feel welcome and found me a seat outside. Some people say you can't get the staff these days, but in this case, you certainly can. The food was exceptional, even under under the busy circumstances. I had a lovely time.

Went for lunch - £6 for a plate of nachos that were enough to fill me up! Great, and speedy service. We sat outside under the pergola and listened to some tunes. It was 27' outside and could have been on holiday! Great atmosphere. We live outside Bristol but agree that we'd make a journey to come here again. Loved it.

Visiting from Spain and staying close, Racks has been an amazingly friendly atmosphere even for a single traveller. In particular I had exceptional service from Jasmine who helped me select my meal this evening from a variety of small bites (which ended up a very tasty and filling meal - great recommendation thanks Jasmine). Really tasty and great variety. Slow cooked lamb, Halloumi fingers and spicey chilli sauce and smoked salmon and dill fishcakes ... Fabulous!! Yesterday I tried the Hereford Beef burger - really delicious and perfect fries. Had very friendly service from Paul. (great sense of humour!) Thank you for making my visit so relaxed and pleasant ❤️
