Very good carvery and service. Selection of vegetables is good. Recommend booking. We arrived with no booking. Inside was full but we were able to eat outside in the beautiful Autumn sun. I appreciated meal size options of small, standard and mega. Photos show small and standard.

The Sunday roast is really good, Served on nice warm plates. Staff are welcoming. My only gripe would be that the queue for the carvery blocked the exit door so we were in the way of people leaving or entering the restaurant.

Had a roast dinner here. The food was well presented, tasty and a fair size portion. The waitress was really helpful and friendly. The farm shop adjoining the restaurant is great too. Lots of local produce on offer. My only small gripe would be that the queue of people for the carvery blocks the entrance/exit door so whilst waiting in line we had to keep moving back and forth for people to enter or leave the restaurant. Overall I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent food including gluten free cake. The manager couldn’t do enough. Friendly and caring! ‘ If there’s something you’d like just let us know and we’ll try to sort it!’ Great service. Relaxing location. Small amount of animals for the children to visit. Well stocked farm shop attached. We bought GF sausages that were amazing, fresh strawberries and raspberries. The Greedy Goose…. A fantastic find! Will definitely return to try the carvery! ( Sunday only!)

We love a breakfast here. We are both vegetarian and their veggie breakfast is very nice, good value, served all day and their outdoor seating is great on a sunny day. We enjoy visiting the farm animals afterwards too

Went with my daughter I had a breakfast which was very nice my daughter had cheeses chips. The waitresses need to learn how to carry two plates at a time. They were very slow. There were some people that ordered well before we even got in there and we got ours first, so I don’t know if the chef can keep an eye on the tickets they’re coming in apart from that very nice place to go

On the spur of the moment my husband and I decided to go for breakfast/brunch. We chose a scrumptious full cooked breakfast - the sausages were particularly tasty. The coffee was also very good. Service was quick and friendly. Would highly recommend. No doubt we will be back again soon 😋.
