these are by far the best owners...
the chips are amazing
the burger is oh my god, ridiculously good and juicy not only does it taste good it looks good.
curry sauce is surprising good too.
I highly recommend hamblins.

Great experience overall! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. As for the food, it was really delicious. The quality of the fish was top-notch, and the portions were very generous. Each bite was a perfect blend of crispy and tender. We left the place with a happy belly and a smile on our faces. Highly recommended for anyone craving a delightful fish & chips feast!

This place used to be great many years ago, then the standard dropped but now with the relatively new owners it is better than it ever was. Super friendly staff there, they really care. But more importantly the chips and fish is absolutely fantastic!! Go check it out, you will definitely be going back again I’m sure of it.

Hands down one of my favourite place to grab take-out from when I don’t feel like cooking. Freshly fried cod and chips. I recommend the homemade curry sauce, absolutely delicious!

This photo does it no justice. Went in to order and the guy behind the counter was super friendly! Gave us a load of freebies as we did a big order which was so kind of them! The food itself was amazing, proper huge portions and excellent quality, some of the best crispy fish I've had in Bristol! Our nan had a Pastie and was very pleased (which is saying something as she's a fussy one😉) will defo be back!

The fish was delicious. Tried the tartar, chilli and chilli mayo, curry sauces.. they are all homemade and tasted incredible.
The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Overall, a great fish & chips place and I am visiting again for sure!!
