Delicious Sunday roast lunch, they were able to accommodate our larger group of 9 on the top floor. I would recommend parking Wapping Wharf carpark as the carparks near here are very pricey.

Lovely roast and wine. Food could of been warmer but was still delicious. Really friendly service and a lovely setting.

A fantastic pub with attentive staff and great food.
Only downside for this visit was that we’d booked for a special occasion in the upstairs dining room but were moved into the main pub due to low bookings. It wasn’t quite the evening we’d hoped for - surrounded by Halloween costumes and in a noisy environment with one of our party unable to hear well enough to easily join the conversation.

It was a very quiet Wednesday lunchtime so we had the place pretty well to ourselves. The food and service were very good. The Ostrich is in a pleasant location looking over the Bathurst Basin yet close to the centre and a short walk from Temple Meads - a great place for lunch in Bristol.

Can here for a Sunday roast the chicken roast was very delicious. The beef roast was nice but I would rather take the chicken again. Nice vibes friendly stuff beautiful view of the river would definitely come back again.

Went here for a night out with work colleagues. Its a lovely pub on the waterfront. Very cobbly street, so be careful if you are wearing stiletto heels. I got a white wine spritzer which was rather dry. The cocktails are delicious though. It was a Sunday night, so quite quiet. No music. If you want to sit outside, they give you plastic ware. Bar staff amazing and friendly. Would go again.

Great pub and good service. Lots of outdoor seating and plenty of drinks to choose from perfect for the warmer weather, The pub is situated near the river. Food selection while not a big selection the burger and the dirty fries are absolutly lovely. Burger cost just under £10 unsure of the chips but well worth it for a pit stop.

A big thank you to Odessa, Jess and everyone at The Ostrich for helping to make our private party at the Top Deck such a success.
We had a wonderful time, in large part because of Odessa's pre-event help, the wonderful venue, the delicious food and the fabulous Jess who took such great care of us all night.
Thank you again and we will certainly consider The Ostrich again for future events.
