Costa Coffee

a lovely massive building, just wish more effort was put into the appearance, it’s so dull and cheaply designed it feels like an insult to the beautiful architecture. very few staff working there, many times there wasn’t anybody at the counter or in sight to take our order. ordered two large coffees- they gave us two small, for some reason, but they charged us for small, so i didn’t say anything.

I've rated it 5 but maybe something a bit less would be more appropriate. Problem to me was the complicated orders that take time (frappes, etc) when there were only 2 staff on duty. If you just want a coffee then be patient. Having said that - great coffee and a wonderful croissant. These are consistently good at Costa. Thank you.

I ordered through the click and collect option via the app, walked straight into the restaurant and my order was ready at the collection point. A member of staff made sure I got my order, he was very polite, friendly and helpful. When ordering on the app it was easy to use and simple to understand. The only feedback I would give about the app is that it should have a comment section where customers can tell the member of staff any allergies that they may have. Overall, great experience will definitely recommended it whether eating in or takeaway.
