All staff work REALLY HARD to accommodate exceptionally high-volume of customers, at all times. ANY off the menu requests to customers’ liking are also accommodated! staff member Bianca went above and beyond to deliver excellent services : speedy polite and helpful

I was served by Izzy, who clearly knows that during what can be a stressful time for travellers, a smile and helpful attitude goes a long way. She was smart, polite, efficient and upsold me the triple chocolate pan eu chocolat, which my son loved - obviously. A pleasant experience, made by Izzy.

Very nice service with good pastries and drinks. It's conveniently placed before security and the people were lovely. Romel was very kind to give us a free drink after a misunderstanding on my part and got some advice on waiting times for security.
