Subway

I cannot recommend them enough. I've discovered it around a yer ago when the pandemic started and stopped by many times ever since. Most of the time I go in the evening before closing which means they are often out of some of the ingredients but you can always juggle around with the ingredients so that not a real issue. Once or twice the bread was really dry but recently I've seen them checking the bread before serving it and throwing it away if it's to dry. Staff members have always been extremely nice and respectful which is a great addition to the whole service considering that I have seen way worse people working at other, filthier Subways.

You're not allowed to call their subs bread and there is a strange guy say at the end of the counter not doing anything accept staring at the staff. Their food feels naughty. But I keep going back - sometimes there's a massive queue outside Greggs. There never is inside let alone outside at Subway. Hmmm - I wonder.....
