Although I didn’t get the chance to order anything, I would like to say huge thanks to an amazing female waiter Emma at the Bristol airport who rescued me and my trip to Poland by finding my passport and bringing me back to sanity. It was such an amazing act of kindness and what a selfless, caring person!!! Kasia xxx

Was greeted by Casey in a friendly and welcoming manner and seated within minutes. Likewise, as I knew what I wanted to eat, my order was taken by Casey promptly and questions were asked about allergies too, which is always a good sign. The food arrived within a short time and my drinks were delivered by Issy who was equally accommodating and removed the ice from my orange juice as I had forgotten to state this at the time of making my order.
Overall, very pleased with the service and the quality of food for the price at this outlet at Bristol Airport.

At 5am, quick service. Best value full English breakfast in the airport but still expensive for what it is. £13.50 including toast. Wouldn’t recommend this early in the morning before a flight though

Impressed with the gluten free menu. Considering it is within an airport there was also a good choice for vegetarians. We had the gluten free carbonara and a classic burger.
The service was friendly and we were told if there was going to be a delay.
The prices were higher than we were expecting but they were reasonable in comparison to other choices within the airport.
Overall, we were very pleased and would go back if flying from Bristol again.
