Coffee is always weak. So I decided to try a hot chocolate. This was also terrible. Never a good variety of muffins.

Good food,however not enough seating.Some would be customers utilize seats,even though they are not making any purchases. Needs to be tighter controlled, if the franchise wants to do business better.

Didn’t receive everything that you’re supposed to get in kids meal. All we got was adults size toastie and pop top drink. No cookie or toy and and didn’t come in the box.

What kind of barista mistake a cap by a flat white? And on top of it the coffee was disgusting never buying anything from any muffin breaks again

Absolutely filthy dirty mugs. Ceramic mugs are stained beyond belief, and the handles haven't seen a good wash in years. Keep away.

Coffee was really disappointing. I asked for less milk and more hot water, and they gave me less coffee and extra milk. It was basically just hot milk.

Best toasted ham, cheese n tomato sandwiches, ever! Lactose Free latte pretty good too!

The coffee is good made to your liking. The toasties are good and good value for money. The service is excellent.
