Jenavies Cafe

I did my wedding in their venue. From the very beginning the owner was very informative about any questions or concerns I had. The menu and price list was just right for my budget (since I didn’t want to do a huge wedding) and everything came out beautiful! Decorations and everything we discussed was as asked. I would recommend this place to celebrate any event.

Nahhh but this place is it! Food was amazing beginning to end! We had the #5 platter, definitely shareable! Steak and onions was banging! When I tell you every bite was amazing, it was AMAZING! my son loved the oreo milkshake..the funnel cake was great! Service was on point also! This place gets a 9.5/10...Sorry I didn't take more pictures but when you enjoying the food Noone got time for that lmaoo

Who loves pork? Pork chops to be exact. I figured I'd try something different. Now, before you question why my photo shows my pork chops on a plate, here why... RESERVATIONS ONLY! (Jenavie's Cafe suggests you call in advance) Because I didn't call in advance, I ordered a plate to go. My Fried Pork Chop Personal Combo tasted great. 😋 I washed it down with an ice cold Strawberry 🍓 Lemonade drink.🥤(Don't worry your straw won't dissolve because Jenavie's offers plastic straws) FYI, the secret sauce tastes like ketchup & mayonnaise. (I never tried that on pork chops before - it tasted OK) I look forward to making reservations soon because I'd love to enjoy the full dining experience with my wife and our son. Jenavie's will surely catch your eye. (the pictures speak for themselves) I'd suggest you call and make your reservations now. As you can see from my check, they are pretty pricey.

This review is tough to write. Food is very good - they picked simple dishes that they could cook well and mastered them! The food took a bit, but was hot and fresh. Bravo! Ambience is cute and fitting. Nice date night or chill spot with a modern contemporary urban feel to it, which is slightly out of place for the area, but works for the restaurant - so good vibe! Customer service is friendly. I do agree with another reviewer that the gratuity being auto added to the bill was a bit interesting - tbh we would’ve tipped what they added, but being forced to do it didn’t sit right. Price, Price, Price - again I agree 100% with another reviewer who noted that the menu is very overpriced for what your eating. Example: our table with four kids and two adults somehow racked up a $190.00 tab. Perhaps it was the $16 dollar milk shakes (we had two for the whole table) or the $24 dollars for 12 wings. The wings are big so factor that in, however we spent a quite a bit for wings, fries, and milkshakes. Overall - if the price made sense this place would get 5 stars. That said, I do recommend trying it at least once for the experience! We tried it, but probably won’t return unless the prices change drastically.
