Great experience! I was super indecisive when choosing what I wanted to order but the woman who seemed like the head lady in charge was helpful. $12 plates may seem steep to some but it was worth it. I’ve been here twice and I can’t complain about the food or service. 10/10

I went here with my daughter. We were both so hungry and super grateful to be able to get our food in a matter of 6-8 minutes. The food was delicious and sonfilling. The servers were so pleasant and very good with making suggestions. I tell you Expres is express, we were out of there in 10 minutes. I highly recommend this location.

Enjoyed the roast chicken, with rice and beans, and plantains. Food was hot and tasty. Prices are a bit higher now, but food was good .

Brisas is my go to spot when I want take out to taste like homemade food! Comfort food for sure! I love the rice and peas!

The food taste good but to be honest it is a bit expensive. Items I have ordered from here are:
White Rice: Excellent (5 out of 5)
Carne Guizada (Beef Stew): Was ok (3 out of 5)
Mondongo: Great (4 out of 5)
Pork Rinds (Chicharron) Great (4 out of 5)
Sweet Plantains (Platano Maduros) Good (3 out of 5. *** Taste like Goya Frozen Plantains ***
Also I have ordered their chicken soup and other similar items and are good, great and ok depending on your taste buds.
To be fair, this is my personal opinion on taste vs price.

I went in to buy some chicharrón to bring back to VA after a trip back to NY, I was really missing home cooking(very few Latin places here). The chicharrón was great and fresh. I was a bit disappointed that I wasn't greeted when I walked in and the woman at the counter had looked right at me, it wasn't until (what I believe is a regular) commented to her that she had a customer that she asked if I needed help. That is the only reason I gave a four instead of five star.

I've never had any of the food here but the sancocho soup is one of my go too's when its raining or I'm feeling under the weather. With a side of white rice some hot sauce... just like grandma made it... I cant vouch for the rest of there food but this one here is my main thing. when I'm looking for a good hearty soup I sit and stay and I'm back out the door feeling refueled and rite Thinking of abuela (grandma) all the way home👍 If you enjoyed the review.
