I was seen on time and went in on time also for my MRI. The young lady, whose name unfortunately I neglected to obtain, was both efficient and pleasant and the MRI passed with no problems. I have no desire to return to LHR but NOT for any fault of them. Frankly I hope not to need any of the tests again! Overall my experience was great. Upon check-in I was greeted by Chelsea whose attitude wasn’t too pleasing. Also while assisting me, she held a conversation with Jacob. I wasn’t the happiest about my convo with its Chelsea so I sat down and when I saw Chelsea leave I asked JACOB for her name. Jacob replied, “ I don’t know her name, I’m just filling in for today”. I laughed and asked another employee for both names.

Wheather you have an appointment or not you sign your name n and you will be called shortly. The family was cleaned and organized. They take X-Rays as an walk-in but certain so I graphic test you need to book an appointment. You can do so online by visiting their site. The front desk girls were pretty helpful and interactive with the patients and visitors. Waiting wasn’t too long approximately 10-15 minutes. They also have a parking lot where you can park for free. Overall good experience and recommended.

The Supervisor was extremely helpful at my appointment went above and beyond to assist me when front desk staff wasn’t attentive to my appointment needs but grateful for the other staff members whom where helpful and extremely professional Attentive to me and very accommodating ! Thank you staff was a great experience!

I Like the place very clean beautiful ,love picture frames, Friendly's, respectful. Even I got lost but go there on time. I feel happy and very comfortable . They explain very well what the test was for. What will happen so I did not get scare at all. I was very calm and peaceful. They did the test I was fine. I didn't get bord because I was playing with my phone.They are very nice and careful. Sorry that I didn't remember their names. I feel very relax talking to them thank you to all. .

This was my first time being seen at this location. My insurance company recommend it. I had an appointment at 11:15 for an X-ray. I was called quickly. The technician that did the x-ray, was very kind and very professional. I also appreciate how clean the office is. Again, this was my first time being seen at the Lenox Hill Radiology in Parkchester. I only hope they will continue to be as clean, professional and prompt. I do hope my experience be just as good in the future because i will be going again and do recommend this location. I cannot confirm for anything other than an X-ray , cleanliness and how quick my first experience was. I will continue to provide updates on my experience's which, i hope will be just as pleasant!
