I have been on and off this Zone diet program several times
.i find the food delicious and the the diet effective. I followed it strictly for 3 months and lost 25 lbs ! I can’t say I ever had an unappetizing meal either
Aerobic exercise will speed the weight loss too.
Be sure to drink lots of water as with any healthy diet
I highly recommend it for taste, effectiveness and convince 👍
