Domino's Pizza

This honestly gota be one of the worst dominoes experience ever. So on top of receiving messed up pizza as well as bread bowl. I calmly called and explained the situation. Kevin picked up and On top on hanging up on me. I called back and his rudeness was beyond humane. Once more hanging up after a second and third time. I’m pretty sure Kevin is not even his name. Will be contacting dominoes headquarters because this is beyond absurd.

My delivery experience from my local domino's was so beyond my understanding it's unbelievable. The delivery guy called when he was driving from down the road, didn't park his car, left it running and said I had to get the pizza from his car. He literally handed me the pizza through his passenger side car window and then drove off not even caring if I had checked the order to make sure it was correct. Just overall the experience was the worst I've ever had. Will second guess the next time I think of ordering pizza from domino's

This poorly managed franchise has mia owners, and the workers are left to their own devices. We have been ordering from them for the past year now, and the order never comes right the way placed through the app. The company tries to compensate by giving a free pizza through the app, but the free pizza is messed up. Broke the Camel’s back: delivery guy tells me I have to come to his car to get the food. I think his name is Kint. And the manager Cory, tells me that a covid protocol; I think he means lazy protocol.

On 2/11/19. I called to place an order as I would all the time. I told the person which I later found out was the Manager I think he said Kevin. He told me I can't order and pay with card and have someone else pick it up. I said ok but I'm at work in Manhattan and I need my kids to get something to eat. He said no I was like ok. I called back spoke to someone else who told me I could place the order online, which I had an account so it wasn't an issue. I placed the order online. Why did the Manager call me back like he was sitting just waiting for the order to call me and say he already told me I have to come in with my card and cancelled my order. Mr. Kevin the Manager you had nothing else to do but to watch my orders come in. So I called corporate and yes this is a corporate location and I asked about paying online with my card and been the one to pick it up. And I was told franchised location can ask for that or it can be change in policy but it's not restricted. Not sure if the money came off my card. But I sure did report him, he was rude and had no good customer Service experience. And I will be rating this store on every social media platform. Sometimes Kevin you can make a judgment call especially If this is something that I do all the time. Everything on the account is the same and the order are always the same. This is the reason your store did not use machines to take people's order they used human beings so they could make judgment calls. Now my children have to wait over 2 hrs from the initial order. For me to get home to get something to eat. I was so mad I couldn't even make an account with another take out store. I decided to just go home.
