Dunkin'

New to the neighborhood and work down the block from this wonderful place that helps me start my day right. Cashiers are friendly. They always make my drinks perfectly. Never burn my bagels or drown them in butter. They can get a little busy but that doesn’t stop them from treating every customer like their business matters. I want to highlight the lady taking care of the “grill”. There can be a load of orders and she works her tail off quickly and efficiently filling each one.

I've been coming here for years as I live in the neighborhood. The staff is always very friendly & accommodating. Rarely is there anything wrong with my order & they're always very quick. Probably one of the best dunkin' I've ever been to. The morning staff is especially amazing! They don't get enough credit at all

Dunkin donuts is always a great place to visit for coffee. I went in there with my mother because she wanted to get a particular donut that she likes from there. So while she was ordering her donut I thought I would get coffee for myself and then we called my father see if anybody else from the house wanted anything else and they wanted donuts so we purchase donuts. It was a large order end staff listened intently and the order which we received was correct we thanked the staff for their patience with us and bade them a good night ! I have to say before I leave that this was a clean store and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Service is good, not always is it stocked up but they do let you sample some ice cream. I did remove a star because of the lack of seating. Sometimes there’s people in there that haven’t even bought anything and we have ended up standing up to eat while homeless people or people who clearly haven’t bought anything take up the seats. Other than that the staff is pretty friendly. When there are leaks on the roof or something is wrong they usually fix it by the next day. Not a bad place to take the kids for a treat, plus they play good music!

Everybody knows Dunkin Donuts. This shop went a little further to please their customer. We wanted the gingerbread donut and there were none left. The folks here went into the back and made some for us. They went above and beyond and they didn't have to. Thank you for bringing customer service back
