Dunkin'

We come to this store to fill our hunger and coffees for a while now and finally they have the best hire. Everyday we see this new kid name Injamam Karin and honestly he is tge best so far. The way he welcomes the guest and his care makes our day now. But this morning we saw someone judging him with unpleasant words just the way he looks. We think it’s an absolute harassment from some uneducated people and Karin still delivered wonderful service as usual. Dunkin should take more action against these uneducated people who should not be welcome to a place of equal right employers. Finally this store has a good employee and please don’t loose this best person just because he shines over all the odds and puts a smile on so many customers face.

Edit: 10/30/22 I will no longer be coming here because of the Indian manager at the counter who refused to even let me pay for a cup of whip cream for my doggo when I usually get it free, not looking for free though. It's a shame because this was my go too as you can see below. Weekday crew is amazing... Hands down my favorite Dunkin in NYC especially because I live around the corner from it! They always take care of my doggo who literally sees this Dunkin from across the street so he knows he's about to get that puppuccino!!! 👉👉👉I always order on the app so it's made when I get there because the possibility of them making it incorrectly is slimmer vs ordering it in person due to the fact that your choices are on a piece of paper so there is no miss communication.👈👈👈

I didn't actually go inside but the wife and kids went in for ice cream. I wanted a strawberry milkshake and the Baskin Robins didn't have strawberry ice cream...ok, I said bring me a vanilla shake. Baskin Robins said they didn't vanilla ice cream. I asked for a refund and they didn't know how to issue a refund. Eventually they gave us cash back but didn't add the taxes in.

While they have a pretty decent amount of donuts on sale, most of the really good ones tend to be sold out by lunch time so you need to go early in the morning or on weekends when the place isn't as busy. On the other hand, they have really good ice cream that doesn't sale out as much and you have a decent amount to choose from. They also have seasonal ice cream flavors and special offers to take advantage of so go if you want a particular flavor like Love Potion no.5 that they sell during February for Valentine's Day.

It's wonderful how fast they move at this location! I visit almost every morning and the the courtesy and great customer service is always great! Very clean and comfortable Coffee Shop. My favorite donut is the French Kreuler with a Freshly brewed coffee and a shot of French Vanilla flavor in the coffee. GREAT WAY TO START MY DAY!!!🍵🍩😄🌞
