Haven't been here in quite some time, post covid that is. But significant improvement, clean, well staffed, operating rest room, spotty or no WiFi. Food is always good, great prices, always. Will definitely come back & thx!! P.S. coffee was very good & fresh🖤❤️

All the time I have been there. It's not crowded. It's also very spacious and clean. The service is fast. You get the double cheese burger for 2.99.and the cashier lady very mean and misleading. The value fries for 1 .59

It should be noted that indoor dining is allowed at this particular Burger King. And yes, you'll be bothered by the occasional homeless man bumming for change. These days you have to be on guard for folks looking to start trouble in this neighborhood. All that being said, you definitely can get a quick bite or big meal here. Working class people looking for a good time to eat should definitely stop by.

Using my coupons i get on the mail got two chicken sand with two reg fries for just$4.99 its great very happy. Just not too satisfied with the customer service when i handed the coupon to the manager( cashier) he said he wasnt able to read the numbers therefore he was giving me a hard time . I used my glasses figured out the number and addressed it and suggested to be more kind fir rhe next time. Then he apologize and the service ended and im satisfied now

Food was good and prepared fast. Only 4 stars because I got an attitude from the cashier when I asked for a bag to carry a drink on a hot day as I had a large order. She literally walked away from me and acted like she didn't understand or hear me. I had to call her back after having asked her for a bag several times to her face before she tried to ignore my request. But, I did eventually get a bag.

Good staff, reasonable wait time, and clean. The food tastes no different than any other Burger King locations in NYC, basically how it should be. Rarely visit the Soundview section of the Bronx, therefore my experience with this one ain't too extensive. Regardless, the staff hasn't been nasty to me.
I didn't bother to check for Wi-Fi access, will be sure to update my review following the next visit.
