Outback Steakhouse

I had French onion soup that was outstanding! Only problem it was so hot it burnt my mouth ...prime rib was excellent and broccoli was fresh but not cooked enough some pieces were totally raw. Our server was great... very efficient giving us enough time to enjoy each others company but never felt neglected or rushed. I will definitely be going back.

Just went here for a dinner with family. Called ahead and was apologized to that there would be about a half hour wait as they were short staffed on servers. When we arrived the Hosts was extremely friendly and we were seated much quicker than we expected. Our Server Kendra was very friendly, knowledgeable, capable and accommodating. She never made us feel like she was busy and even though we knew she had other tables she made us feel like we were the only people she was serving. She had a genuine quality to her that made ordering feel more like you were asking a friend not the employee of a restaurant. I opted for healthier choices which Kendra relayed to the chef upon preparation. The food was very good, exactly how we ordered it and spiced perfectly! With how hard it is to find good help right now our expectations were surpassed in spades. Our thanks goes to the entire staff for an amazing meal and a friendly down to earth staff.

Had a great meal-just when I needed it to save me from burning steaks for my family on this holiday weekend! Our server Ray was like another family member and fit right in- genuine hospitality without canned lines and was one step ahead of whatever we needed. Great experience, the service, the food, the clean building, and it went quickly while the place seemed busy. ((I hate to say this as a man, but bathroom was impressively clean)) I've eaten on Bluemound for many years and for some reason this Outback easily checked all the boxes. Thanks!!

Made a reservation, got called in for said reservation. Waited 10 minutes for someone to see us just to tell us our table wasn't clean yet. Waited 10 more minutes then was seated. It was a tad awkward and made my group feel as if we were burdening the staff. Even though it wasn't very busy. The steak was great but the rest was pretty lacking. The waitress made fun of one of my friends order, it didn't go over well with the rest of the table. Honestly I can hit Texas roadhouse and get better service for the same food, cheaper.

I went to Outback earlier this week and I must say I was impressed that my boyfriend wasn't irritated. Our server Noel was TOP NOTCH and ultimately made my life easier with my dude. The food was good and hot. I go there alot actually and she probably is the most in tune I have seen in a long time. Great job!!!

Service was average at best, kind of awkward. On a lunch break don’t have much time and seemingly he was over seated without help from anyone. Probably poor management since didn’t see a single manager in the entire hour. Worst part was the food. Both steaks ordered medium, definitely came medium well maybe even well done . Didn’t see server for 10 minutes after cutting into steaks, don’t have time on a work lunch to wait for a remake. Definitely won’t be back. Bad management
