Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

I hope you can see I sent back the salad the first one because it had bacon and chicken in it wasn't suppose to have either. Then got this one to go and same thing bacon and egg croutons and tortilla strips. I don't eat pork! My salad was like two or three different salads in one. Very disappointing!

On a Tuesday night, there was 1 waitress who was doing an incredible job. She was handling the multiple tables well and was timely even though she was the only one serving tables. I give it two stars because I feel as if management could have done more to help her. Whether that be pulling in more people, rearranging the current staff, or something else. Unfortunately, it feels a bit odd waiting 20 minutes when 3/4 of the restaurant is empty at a busy mall such as this one. Again, waitress was amazing but it's hard to rate it high under this circumstance.

Overall, despite recent price increases, still competitive. If you want to sit at a full size table, be prepared to wait quite a while. Do what I do...get a table in the bar area. You won't have to wait long at all. Makes sense for them to do this, as people tend to order more drinks when the bartender is showing them attention.

Usually like to go here. the 3 of us were all dissatisfied today. there were only a couple customers eating which makes it about 90% empty when we arrived. they told us and the couple that walked in behind us that there would be a 10-15 min wait for a table. wait. what? The place is empty. So we sit and wait. The lady who sat us was very pleasant and apologized for the wait. Our waitress was so- so. Took forever to get served and drinks were flat (that Isn't her fault). food came and the burger was ok- had great taste. the fries however are a different story. They came loaded with garlic and were COLD. there's NO reason for cold fries or food for that matter. we asked for more Hot Fries with NO Salt or garlic. when they arrived, they were hot, but full of garlic again. This isn't rocket science. Just make what we order. If you're going to charge higher prices, we all expect better quality and food to be hot, fresh and cooked to order.
