Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I was at this location today doing some work. The manager and staff were extremely and amazingly awesome all day. I ordered salmon for lunch and I tell you, it was honestly the most amazing salmon I’ve had in my lifetime. I would absolutely order it again. So thankful for the staff at this location for treating me so well while I was doing a job there. Thank you!

We had a party of 10… when we sat down 6 out of are 10 wrapped silverware was dirty. Not water-spots but had food still stuck to them. Are server happily swapped them out. My wife was served raw chicken on her dish. They did comp her meal which was really nice and we did not ask for them to do that. I was eating my soup and ate meal came. And server started grabbing my soup as if I was done. Which I had half left. The food we did have was really good. No complaints about that. Just not what old school Olive Garden was about. They took so many dishes off the menu. No noodles and mussels anymore. No Scallops either… it has been a year or so since we heave been to an Olive Garden Will at least be that before we go again.

If you like hardly any sauce on your noodles you should eat there. Even paying for extra sauce we hardly had any on the spaghetti. We ordered a second bowl of soup we never got we ordered angel hair pasta we didn't get. That person's meal had to be reordered. Another person likes sugar on her sauce......she waited for a long time. We needed to asked the server again. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant so they weren't busy. We were neglected the whole time. No don't go there. The food and service is not worth going to eat.

As a new resident of Brookfield I love exploring local dining establishments. I have visited the Olive Garden twice, hoping the second time would be better. The food was good, at least what I could finish. Both times it was busy when I arrived and I accepted the available seating at the bar. I am always conscious of keeping appropriate distance and wear a mask when not eating, the problem is there is no control there where people stand to order drinks. They crowd around you even though there is an area they can order at. As I sat there one person coughed toward my food. At this point I decided to leave. This is not a political statement, but rather a reminder to be courteous to all patrons. Additionally Olive Garden should have an area clearly marked for bar ordering.

I haven't been to this location in years and I see they re-modeled it recently: looks nice. Had my usual meal and it was all so good, particularly the bread sticks were nice, warm and buttery. This will be really pedantic, but I didn't get my chocolate mint bar at the end. Oh well, I'll live, overall great meal and service.

I went here with a party of 12 for my birthday and when I first got there I sat at the bar had a drink and the bartender was amazing but when we got seated our waitress was not very pleasant to say the least. I told her I was paying for all the soup salad and bread sticks and then asked for some bread sticks. I asked for some unlimited Alfredo sauce and got 1 bowl for 12 people. I also asked for a few bowls and the waitress said only one bowl. When she brought out the bread stick she dumped them on the table . I asked her if she was going to ask anyone else if they want soup salad or bread sticks and she argued with me about it after I told her I was paying for everyone's when my wife and I talked to the manager all she did was apologize and offer me a piece of cake . I will never go to this olive garden again . My bill was 167. Dollars I should have been treated better then that
