Qdoba Mexican Grill

Noticed flies just flying around with uncovered food station. Had to shoo the fly away while order was being made. Servers gave the impression of this being an ongoing problem the management isn’t doing anything about, even encouraged me to tell mang. Mang. Seemed unconcerned and she let her supervisor know.

Made an online order for pick up. It contained only rice, guacamole and pickled onions (missing protein, queso, 3 salsas, lettuce, and beans). Called the restaurant 3 times. First time it rang without answer for 6 minutes. Second call, 8 minutes with no answer. Third call, 3 minutes with no answer. That is almost 20 straight minutes of calling with no answer. A complete joke

After waiting for almost 5 minutes at lunch today for someone to acknowledge me at the front counter, I decided to walk out and never come back. The three workers were chatting away with each other without ever saying hello or making eye contact. They continued to make order after order for online customers and completely ignored me, so I ended up going down the road to Chipotle instead which was much more enjoyable for my lunch break. #BadCustomerService
