Jimmy John's

Driver forgot the soda for my delivery. I said no problem, but I'd still like the soda delivered when they are on their next delivery. They said ok. Well, 40 min later I have a soda sitting on my front porch with no knock, no call. It's 90 degrees outside and all of the ice melted at this point. I called and explained the situation, expecting at least a free drink voucher or something, but instead I was told that my soda probably wasn't even that warm and that they probably did knock. I had delivery instructions that I actually called about 2 times to have the driver call and/or knock on the side door so I knew they were here. But they just silently left it on the front step. Super unhappy.

(Update-The response from the owner is that they want my personal E-mail so they can spam me...sorry! Nothing they can say or do would coax me into ever ordering anything from there again!) We have given these guys a lot of chances to get their act together and they have failed over and over. We placed an order for delivery, we used a credit card over the phone, they confirmed it. The guy came and would only accept cash, maybe trying to scam us? Anyway they have had serious issues with quality and consistency, as well as numerous delivery problems for a very long time going back years before Covid could be used as an excuse. I would give negative stars if it were allowed.

I love Jimmy John's, but this specific location, is plain terrible! Unfriendly workers, slow (far from freaky fast) and inaccurate service. This place is very close to my house, but I've experienced my final straw today with the less than enthusiastic service and a wait so long (+10 minutes), that 3 other cars and I decided to just drive away. Next time I want JJ's, I'll drive out of my way, so I can avoid this location.

Went about 20 minutes before their posted closing time. They would not answer at the drive thru at all. When I drove around and looked thru the drive thru window all the employees were sitting on the counters (including the ones where they make sandwiches, gross) just hanging out. I went again a week later and got the turkey with bacon, guess what they didn't put on my sandwich? The bacon. Paid extra for the sandwich that came with bacon vs the regular turkey and got screwed out of the bacon. Never going to this location again.

This place keeps getting worse and worse.... Average delivery time is about 1 hr 30 min. I work about 2 blocks from this location and have had nothing but issues each and every time I order. This is not a corporate location. The franchise owner has done nothing but allow this location to become one of the worst JJs in the area over the past 3 years.
