I drove nearly 30 minutes to this location as apparently the order I placed at a different Cousin subs somehow got placed to this location. When I arrived the food I had ordered was just sitting there on a shelf. It wasn't under any type of heat lamp or anything and once I made the trip all the way back home both items I ordered were cold and my sandwich had been made incorrectly even though I specifically said exactly what I wanted in the app. This is happened before on multiple occasions and I am not happy with Cousin's service at all.

We've ordered from this location several times and have always had excellent service and the subs have always turned out great! We will definitely order from them again!

Sad to see the quality go down at Cousin’s. Flimsy little, expensive sandwiches. Also, who puts together a sandwich with half the toppings flopping out the side?! Jersey Mike’s will put them out of business. Wish I would’ve seen the TVs playing Newsmax before I ordered, we would’ve walked out.

As always, store is clean and food is made fresh to order. The only thing I hate is that if something is wrong with your food, or if they give you the wrong order, they only offer you a 20% discount on your next order. That was the first thing the person I spoke with told me and never once offered to replace it right away or at a later date. But those incidents are few and far between.

It's your average cousins subs but cleaner than most. I ordered the turkey sub and wasn't disappointed (I had a craving for mayo + bread + turkey...yum). Service was quick. Bright atmosphere with TVs and a fair amount of seating.

Good as any place, we brought the sandwiches to the cabin up north and tried to heat them up putting em on top of the wood stove on tinfoil. Unfortunately we burned the bottoms before the sandwich really got warm so I can't say that's really the move

If you are looking for one of the better Cousins locations you are in luck. Food is made to perfection with each order and the Owner is one of the nicest people I have met. I live in oak creek, but I may have to continue to make this my Go-To spot!
