Pizza Hut

Placed an order at 6:30pm for a football game and got a call a few minutes after I placed the order from one of the store workers saying he canceled my order because he's closing for the night. He then hung up on me. He was extremely rude. I called back and asked for the manager and he said he was one of the managers and that the other manager didn't show for work so he's leaving for the night. He hung up on me again. Very bad business. Went to Dominos instead. I would avoid this place until they find better management.

While this Pizza Hut doesn't deliver for my area, it was worth the trip out in the rain. My food was done when I got there. Almost everybody in the store included me in a conversation and I left feeling just generally happy and felt that my food was hot. A smile really does go a long way. It took me 25 minutes to get home through traffic and one very long and slow train and even though I don't have those nice warming bags like they do, my pizza was still hot and tasted like it just got out of the oven. I used the app to order because that way I can see my order and any special requests just as they can and it tells me where my food is in the process. After only using the app two times, I had already earned a free pizza but I am saving my points for my daughter's next sleepover. I just moved so this was the first time I ordered from this store and while my experience was top notch, I can't wait until there is a pizza hut that delivers my way

This is the nearest location that delivers to my house and calls always get either ignored or neglected. Several times have heard phone been picked up and ignored while still on the line. Online hours are not in line with the actual store Hours it’s seems since the phone is never picked up. Even in the past had called the Summit location as well as the location on sunset and asked if the Brookfield location was still even an open location and came to the conclusion that they were just ignoring customer calls. On different occasion when they did decide to pick up the phone for once was told they don’t deliver to the area... even asked them to double check since every other location says that’s the only one that delivers to my area. Ps. They deliver to my neighbors all the time... Just seeing as how this location does hold the lowest rating in the area makes sense why. Consistency is key. Not the correct way to run a Business. And for Pizza Hut, gives a bad name and inconsistent reputation.

I wish I could give 5 negative stars. This place is a pathetic excuse for a business. My husband and I have ordered from this place multiple times and every single time have been massively let down. Either we do carry out and our order is wrong or we do delivery and it takes way over the estimated time for us to get our food and it's ALWAYS cold. Today, we tried to call and order food for the packer game and I was on hold for over 15 minutes. My husband then called from his phone and they were going to take his order before they were going to take mine even tho I had been on hold for 15 minutes. When my husband confronted them they tried lying to him saying I wasn't on hold even tho my husband was right next to me and could see I had been on hold for 15 minutes. We then asked to speak to the manager who we then found out was already on the phone. He got disrespectful with my husband and refused to do ANYTHING to compensate for making me wait and being disrespectful. They then hung up on my husband and switched over to my line where I was still on hold for now over 15 minutes and hung up on me. We will never give this place our business again unless the horrible manager we spoke with is fired and someone does something to rectify this horrible display of what is supposed to be customer service.

Ordered pizza online at 5:46pm, delivery promised 75 minutes later (4.5miles/11minute drive per Google). First call to check 7:15pm told 2 drivers were out and one had 7 pizzas to deliver (was that relevant to my order?) told: "Give it another 10 minutes and if you don't have it call me back." called back 10 minutes later and was told "I can offer you a discount if you pick it up, and can give you a coupon for your next visit" (If I wasn't dealing with a debilitating neck injury I would have gone there to begin with!) Told them to cancel order, make sure charge does not appear on credit card and have vowed to NEVER order Pizza Hut again. Seriously, if a company this large and well-established can't get a single pizza made and delivered in an hour and half they have proven incompetent.

Was sent a 50% discount coupon if I order online. When I attempt to order online I get a message of out off pepperoni. What pizza place runs out of pepperoni? So I called in to make an order. I'm told it's just me and to just order online or else the coupon will not work. So I order online. Felt something was off so I printed the coupon and went to pick up the pizza. Sure enough the coupon was not applied to my order. I ask if it can be appled since I have proof of coupon. Was told no and that I would have to do it online. Ended up canceling my order, and removing my teams email from there distribution list so we no longer get these fake coupons. Why make it so difficult? Why bait and switch? Next time my team wants pizza, we're going to Marty's down the block.
