Chick-fil-a

Our first visit to this location. Ordered on the app for curbside. Food was delivered in just a few minutes even though the parking lot and drive up were busy. The woman that delivered our food was pleasant and polite. The food was hot and fresh & cooked perfectly. Shakes were phenomenal! We will be back :)

Every Chick-fil-A I've seen is busy. This branch is no exception. Also exceptional is the quality of service and organization of the staff so that wait never seems so long. I've yet to find an employee who does not exemplify the utmost spirit of service. The fact that the food is of similar quality is almost just a bonus.

LISTEN: The service at this location is ALWAYS on point. My family & I drive 55 minutes on Fridays just to go here. The staff is very pleasant and helpful and they listen. The food always fresh with the perfect temperature. I honestly have never had a bad experience here. This is fast food with a twist. I would be remiss if I did not take this time to shout out the manager Stephen. He is always smiling and make our visit to the store more enjoyable. Also shoutout to Josh for listening to my feedback about the Mac and Cheese portions. Not only did Josh listen but he addressed my concern. If ever you are in Brookfield CT or close by, give this Chick-Fil-A a visit.

I have to agree with others, this is the most efficient team I have ever seen. The collaboration between outside drive thru staff and indoor staff runs like a well oiled machine (great job management team). They also care about your experience and if they run a little behind or forget an item they will accommodate and make sure you are offered complimentary items. Lastly their "reciept days" are something I've never seen before and such an amazing thing they do for their customers. Only bad thing (not their fault) is the intersection is horrible, the town should either make a turning light when you're headed north just like the left lane heading south has to go into Shop Rite plaza. The congestion can get pretty bad.
