Staff wad fast and friendly. Drink orders were taken within minutes of our party sitting down. Bartender individually brought over each drink. No one had any complaints and really enjoyed the cocktails. We pulled the trigger on both appetizers and entrees together, but the restaurant did not bring them out all together which we appreciated. All the food was amazing and tasty with great portions. Dessert was absolutely fabulous. Overall would recommend to a friend as well as would dine here again in the near future.

Nice cozy spot on 4th Ave in Brooklyn. Prices were very reasonable for the portion sizes. We were unable to try the meats and cheeses (wife was pregnant, so we'll have to come back another time for that). But everything was generally delicious. We had the arancini, oxtail papperdelle, short rib, and canolis. Only minor negative was that service was a bit slow, but given that it was raining outside, we weren't in a hurry to leave.

AMAZING! I cannot say enough about this restaurant and the staff. The food was delicious, drinks were fresh and tasty, some of the best we have ever had when visiting the city and we visit from Buffalo a lot! We have already recommended this restaurant to many of our friends who also frequent the city. The staff was very attentive, made helpful suggestions, and even catered to our toddler (i mention this because most establishments are rather dismissive when you have a young child in tow). Keep up the amazing job!! We will definitely be back!!!

Today would have been my Nana's 104th birthday, Violet Damico. Stopped in on a whim and discovered a great little place with good atmosphere and charm. It's a sicilian restaurant with Italian wine cannolis, espresso and everything else that goes with the territory. I ordered the baked gnocchi and it was perfect! As I was eating it hit me that one of my favorite memories of my nana was making gnocchi! And it made dinner that much more special ❤️ this is definitely the kinda place a nana would love, so take yours there and make some memories!

Came here for my partner's birthday. We did not know what to expect when we ordered the fried burrata, but the giant round mozzarella stick we got was pretty food! For pasta, we tried the cavatelli with spicy sausage and the pappardelle with oxtail ragù. I think the oxtail was not conducive to a ragù as it is a very lean bit of meat and had little savor to it, but the pappardelle themselves were great. The sausage was too. We also had the scallops in a black ink aioli, easily the highlight as they were cooked perfectly and the sauce was fantastic. My partner had the Sicilian Mule cocktail too. She loved it. I thought it was good from the sip she allowed me.

Delicious Italian cuisine topped with even better service. My server was sweet and diligent, she always kept my water refilled. I normally try to stay away from too many carbs in a meal but I really enjoyed everything I ordered. I got the deep fried burrata as an appetizer and the pappardelle and gnocchi rustica as entrees and the chocolate brownie and one other dessert I forgot the name of to split with friends. The desserts are plated beautifully. The restaurant is also conveniently located near the R train Union street stop. Will definitely be back!

Good restaurant with some great traditional options for food and drink. They have a good selection of Italian beers and wines. My favorite here in the food category however is the pizza. Thin and crunchy but if you don't like that try some of their entrees you won't be disappointed. My only problem with this place is the seating, they pack too many seats in a small space I was forced to move my seat every time the waitress came which ended up being very annoying.

We had a wonderful meal here on our recent trip to NYC. Honestly, it was the best meal of the entire trip. The staff is attentive but doesn't hover, and the food was nothing short of perfect. This feels like the kind of neighborhood restaurants that I recall from my trip to Italy, when everyone from families with kids to couples dining alone are welcome. I'd gladly go back!
