Such a lovely restaurant with such a great vibe, great decor, fabulous drinks and beautifully crafted dishes. Everything is so fresh and well thought out. The staff is super friendly and the place is always busy. Definitely make sure to grab a reservation on Resy if you want to ensure getting a table. I'd highly recommend the seasonal burger from the kitchen and also the Smoked Paloma from the bar. So many other gems to explore on the menu. I'd order a whole bunch of things and share amongst your guests so you can get the full experience!

Great burger, which comes with crispy savoury fries. Varied options for drinks, alchoholic or non-alchoholic, even their coffee holds up. Despite being crowded and a bit chaotic at their busy time, the staff are polite and your orders will be served in a timely manner. The outside seating is uncomfortable though.

James, a remarkable local restaurant in “normal” times has excelled at reinventing itself during our current pandemic. Provisions available for takeaway (I love their jasmine tea and olive oils, and rotating fresh finds from the farmers market) are plenty. Tables nicely spaced are outside on a first come basis. Hthe food is still delicious, the people still friendly and helpful.
