I came here for "brunch" yesterday for the first time. I was a little surprised that I was the only customer in the whole place. The restaurant itself is a little small (including the bathroom), but very clean. I was a little bummed that they are currently updating their brunch menu to replace old items that they don't have with new and it will be ready in a week or so. Therefore, I had to order from the dinner menu (side note....the Bloody Mary was included with the order). I am happy with my overall choices of French Onion Soup and Garlic Butter Scottish Salmon. The soup is probably one of the best I have had in Bay Ridge. Not too much cheese or bread and very flavorful. My main course of Salmon was cooked perfectly and very tasty. My waiter Daniel was very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and made a wicked Bloody Mary. I will definitely come back again for brunch. Just hope by then they have their menu in order.

The food was delicious but it was a little chilly in the restaurant. The layout is small and quaint. We saw parties up to 6 being seated comfortably. We ordered double cut pork chop, salmon and shrimp in garlic sauce. It was busy for a Sunday evening which was surprisingly quiet and we enjoyed ourselves.

Nice restaurant in Brooklyn Bayridge area. Food is good although my sirloin could have been a better cut. Bacon appetizer was tasty but cannot say the same for the fried calamari. Onion rings seem to be the chopped onion frozen type... major disappointment. Always good service. Used a Groupon on several occasions which they gladly accepted.

The place is located in a nice calm area of BK, Once you enter the ambience is very calm you could dress down or up, there's no specific dressing attire required which I love . Both times I've been here services was on point! My server was was polite & attentive, food came in a timely fashion. Embers steak is so delicious, especially their homemade steak sauce cause a homie dislikes that not so great A1 steak sauce. I just recently got in to eating my steak medium which keeps the steak so juice and the chef had it on point, it was Moo'ing or winking at me, it was just right no blood dripping out of it nor a hockey puck . The dish we ordered was Porter House for 2 which comes with potato pie and the vegetable of the which are very taste.

Ribeye is the best, in terms of taste, but if you want an IG worthy photo then order the tomahawk. I have two complaints. I ordered ONE dessert, but they brought out TWO. So I explained to them that I only ordered ONE, and they took it away. However, when the bill came they still had it on there. Disappointed. If it wasn't for them trying to swindle me out of $10 dessert, this review would be a 3 star review. The 2nd complaint is, once again, they swindled me out of my hard earned money. If you use the Groupon, they add gratuity 🤣. No point of using the coupon.

The steak was better than I expected. I got the rib eye and it was cooked well. There was a good amount of marbling that kept it juicy. The service however was disorganized with waiters often either forgetting our requests or we would get the same thing several times due to the servers not communicating with each other. For example we asked for water cups and they brought us twice as many as we needed. Also there's a policy of having to pay extra in order to bring your own cake when celebrating a birthday. This I'm fine with but the fee was 20 dollars which was ridiculous considering none of their desserts even approach this price. It just seemed like a sleazy way to make money.
