Kenyon is very kind and helpful, always eager to assist everyone living in this apartment. His patience is remarkable, and his constant smile is a testament to his positive attitude. His willingness to go above and beyond for his neighbors is truly admirable, making him a valued and cherished member of the community.

Ava fort green staff are the top service providers. Especialy, Eric professionally and kindly supported me with a self-guided apartment tour and then I decided to sign the very next day. He guided me all the procedures and orientation with a bottle of wine and gifts. It’s been a week since I moved in and I am very satisfied so far. Looking for the good year with Ava. David

Christian was such a wonderful person to work with. He has fixed our blinds super efficiently today. Even thou he had to make a few trips back and forth to get us the new blinds, he always came in with a bright smile! He’s truly made our day with these new blinds and his wonderful personality! Eric, our apartment receptionist, is truly remarkable. With a welcoming smile and boundless enthusiasm, he greets every visitor. His expertise and willingness to assist make him an indispensable member of our community. Whether it's answering questions, addressing concerns, or offering advice about the area, he consistently goes above and beyond to help others. We're fortunate to have someone like Eric, whose exceptional presence creates a warm and friendly atmosphere, making everyone feel right at home.

The concierge is great - Michael, Kenyon (especially), Rafael, Gladys, Arturo, and maintenance team are all attentive to the tenants needs and are very helpful. From time to time the elevators don't work properly (generally just one of the three). Besides that Avalon offers spectacular views, great access to subways, parks and local nightlife. Wouldn't rather want to be any place else. Thanks guys!

1.26.23 - This is an amazing community and at the heart of it is the building staff. Every day and night I’m greeted by everyone from the concierge desk to the maintenance crew. It’s almost like they come to work, but they treat you like life long friends. Everyone, Kenyon, David, Miasia, Christian, Hector, and everyone that makes the building run smoothly are incredibly patient and accommodating. The gym is always clean; the response for maintenance requests is fast; the lounge is always clean and organized. It’s a great space to come home to.
