Luda's Dumplings

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from this fantastic frozen pelmeni from Luda's dumpling online store. The dumplings themselves were an absolute delight, cooked to perfection with just the right balance of succulent fillings and deliciously tender dough. Truly, these are some of the best frozen pelmeni I've had the pleasure to taste. There was a slight hiccup with the delivery of my order, which was definitely not the fault of the store. Despite this, their customer service department was exceptional. They were prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was promptly resolved. This level of customer care really made me feel valued and reassured me that they are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience for their customers. Thank you, Eugene, for your help. So glad Luda's dumplings now offers shipping and an auto shipment option. With 3 different flavor options and so many ways to make them, I couldn't wait to place an order and stock my freezer and now never run out. Having a quick, inexpensive and organic option to feed my family for lunch or dinner just can't be beat. 👌

If you like dumplings this is the place for you. Remember this is not a restaurant but more of a take out place with a few bar chairs. All the dumplings are made in house and many are with organic ingredients. The fillings are typical Russian style from savory to sweet. They even make them with Oreo filling if you like. It is basically make your own meal. You chose from the type of filling and then add toppings and sauces to complete. It takes a few minutes and they are boiled in the back while you wait and they have a see through kitchen. The staff was very pleasant. We enjoyed our meal.

Came here after much anticipation after having read up the NYTs article. This eatery is a humble operation, but delivers on food and service. The staff are the nicest and were patient enough to walk me thru the menu before I made my order. It's was also neat to have a peek into the kitchen from the large window and opening. The food was so delicious that I couldn't resist and buy two frozen packs to share with friends. Can't wait to come back again for more more more!!!

I love this new dumpling place on sheepshead Bay road. The prices are great and the food is very filling 100% organic and vegan options were available. Their dumping, topping and sauce varieties were unique, fresh and delicious. The ambiance was great. Place is clean and staff is friendly. Definitely someplace I would like to frequent. I highly recommend trying it out.

It looked very cute and appealing from the outside when I passed by last week. So I decided to come back today to check it out. I ordered the classic dumplings(Russian pelmeni) with fried onions and garlic sour cream. It was tasty and fresher than the refrigerated ones that they sell at the stores. The place is nice and clean. A good spot for light snack but I find it a little bit overpriced for simple meat dumplings and special toppings and dipping sauces.

Best Pelmeni I have ever had. They make them fresh onsite and you can see the process through the window. The place is extremely clean and everything is made to order fresh. The 10 min wait for cooking was well worth it when I got my classic dumplings covered in fried onion, mushrooms, and bacon! Topped it with some sour cream and washed it down with a delicious fresh cherry kompot. Been thinking about it since I left.

It was a quick run in, since I was in the hurry, I quickly placed and paid for my order ( which I really appreciated), then quickly looked around, noticed its modern and tasteful interior, an open kitchen concept which keeps the customer not only entertained while waiting for the order, but also shows how clean and thorough they are handling food preparation. Since my car wasn’t park properly, I mentioned to the cashier that I will be waiting outside. In less than 15 minutes, I was pleasantly surprised that same cashier went out looking for me to notify that my order is ready for pick up. Quite honestly, I didn’t expect such gesture and really appreciated such caring customer service. I ordered Wild Shrimp dumplings and it was out of this world! Never ever have I tried anything like it before, it is indeed, by far, my favorite flavor. Since the portion for me was quite big, I brought left overs for my husband to try and he really enjoyed it, which was weird, since he doesn’t usually like food with dough. He complemented the quality and the perfect cooked dough as well as amazing taste of the filling. I noticed some people are complaining about the price, but honestly, I didn’t care much, because when it comes to food, I’d rather pay more and be sure that the food I’m eating and feeding my family is exactly what I expect it to be – tasty, high quality and organic! I will definitely be back for more, as pelmeni is the only dish that my kids never say no to, and now I finally found a perfect place that makes them ORGANIC!
