I have nothing but great things to say about this Starbucks! I work in the area so I frequent this location and have never had a bad experience here. Service is prompt, efficient and the drinks are always delicious. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And shout out to my favorite barista, Alex, who always has a smile for me, brightens up my day and has been working hard all during this pandemic! 😁

I recently moved to Brooklyn from California. I've been to 4 different Starbucks and at all 4 them, I received terrible customer service. I was going to give up, all I wanted was a green tea matcha with no water. I finally went to this location. I can honestly say that the customer experience is amazing! I'd give it 10 stars if I could. The place is clean, well kept & has a delightful and welcoming staff. The best part is that they haven't messed up my beverage yet! After 3 days of visits, they know my usual drink and my name. 10/10 highly recommended.

This Starbucks location is by far my favorite. They can get really busy due to the guests of the hotel but the staff is so quick in taking your order and getting your correct drink in a short amount of time which is really important to me in the morning while heading to work. The staff at this location is extremely friendly and will even remember your order if you are a regular. Alex is a great barista and sometimes even makes recommendations based on what he knows you like.

Starbucks is my favorite coffee shop around. The coffee doesn't even compare to others in the area, and I make special trips JUST to get it! The employees are just amazing, the attention and wonderful service giving to me whenever I go just gets better and better everytime. The day before the storm I was running late to work and although there was a lot of people the employee who served me helped me as quickly as he could. They are just AMAZING.

after a horrible day, I needed a pick me up and I stopped by the Starbucks on Duffield st and had by far the best experience I have ever had! The service at this location is amazing and the staff brighten up my cloudy day. This will be my new go to Starbucks! Would love to highlight the whole staff and their brightening smiles and happy attitudes! Thank you so much guys! Stay AWESOME :)

I'm a very loyal Starbucks customer and out of all the places I have visit this one has been the best and cleanest Starbucks. Highly recommended this location. The atmosphere is energetic and enthusiastic. The staff and mangement are very friendly and n treat you like family. I wouldn't have my coffee anywhere else.
