We went to this place for mom’s birthday on Thanksgiving. This was absolutely a great choice to enjoy the holiday and the birthday. We ordered Arugula special salad and babaghanush, great dressing and well textured. We all got Chef’s special Turkey.it served with mashed potato with sun dried tomatoes,turkey gravy sauce,baby corn and home made cranberry sauce on the bed of rice made with roasted pine nuts,blackcurrants. The meat was super moisture and well marinated. This was the best turkey I ever had in a restaurant. We will definitely visit this place more often

We just happened upon Black Sea Fish & Grill after an afternoon at the Aquarium. We didn't order a lot, chopped salad, grape leaves & beer. Sat outside & just can't remember when weve had a nicer time. The food was delicious. But the way we were treated by staff was just extraordinary. We are New Yorkers, so complements have to be earned. Try this restaurant, you’ll be so happy you did.

I hosted my wedding here on January 21st and let me tell you it was an amazing experience. Fatih, the general manager, helped me plan everything with only a month and half notice, and he and his team thought of everything and covered every detail imaginable. They really took alot of stress, worry and thinking off my shoulders and the service throughout the night was amazing. The stage was the perfect place to hold our vow exchange, it was truly a magical moment. The house band, Lyba and Alex were on point! Lyba MC'd the entire night seamlessly and kept us on our feet dancing all night. The food was so delicious. We especially enjoyed the greek salad, cheese rolls, calves liver, octopus and the lamb chops. if you are looking for a place to host a wedding this is the place!

During pandemic every restaurant has seats outside, almost on the road with cars passing by. This place sitting is awesome, in the shade and above the sidewalk, private. Food is amazing, but I gave 4 stars for service. You need to ask to get water filled or a missing fork. Otherwise I will definitely come back.

We live in west Manhattan and when to Coney island for the day. We got hungry and we love seafood and we found Black Sea fish and grill really close to our location. The restaurant. Is very nice and service was great. And the food was delicious. I got the seafood Alfredo pasta and my partner got the grill Flounder, the server was very nice and recommended a buttle of wine and the hummus while we waited for a food .

This is Turkish place with an emphasis on seafood. The menu is not too complex and featuring picture of each dish, so you will know exactly what are you ordering. The food is fresh and served quickly. Also the place conveniently located very close to the beach. So if you are in the mood to have bite and glass of cold beer but not dressed to impress, this is the perfect place as it is very casual and have roomy outside seating.

BlackSea Fish & Grill has been on my bucket list of neighborhood restaurants for a while and finally we got a chance to try it after we moving from Rego Park to Forest Hills. We had their Fried Cheese Rolls, Cold Appetizers Platters, Branzino and Kunefe. Everything was delicious, especially the grilled fish, which was tender and juicy. The Kunefe was also a hit for us, crispy layers with creamy filling, it was a perfect ending. I am not sure how they operates before the pandemic because it seems like they are short staffed. The service was pretty slow and the staff might forget your orders. We would love to visit again since their food was amazing. However, we will prepare ourselves with patience or avoid peak hours to beat the crowd.
