Mishmash Gourmet

Their lamb over rice is outstanding, it's my favorite of all the places in the five boroughs. The quality of the ingredients stands out and the seasoning is very good. Over the last few years, a lot of places have started using some sort of generic fluorescent green colored rice that tastes strange and sort of sweet, it's gross. Here, they use a more naturally seasoned rice, looks almost like Spanish rice, it's very good. The lamb is delicious too, it's tender and tastes like better quality than the other places I've had it. Please never change your ingredients or recipe, it's perfect.
