Love the Guyanese patties! They are fresh, soft, well seasoned & the right meat to crust ratio! The pinetart guava tart cheese rolls salara cheesestraw & roti skins are very good, compared to others I've tried. Been going here for decades. Haven't had the cooked food recently, but it's usually good. Call to see if they are open on Sundays. The few times I tried, they weren't.

This is no frills fast casual dining with a very clean inside and a decent amount of seating. The service is quick. They run out of their plantains so be ready with a back up for side options. The prices to portions are great, I paid $15 for oxtail and $11 for goat curry. One dish is definitely enough to fill you up. The only thing I'd change is I wish the oxtail leaned in to the taste of the beef more with a stronger, more savory flavor instead of cinnamony sweet. I also wish the guava tarts had more filling and were softer.

Those 2 Guys at the front serving have great Customer Service. Omg. Love them. What made me felt special was when I went back there 3 days later, they remembered me. Nice and tasty foods. I ordered Guyanese style Chicken Patties, Butter Flap, Pine Tarts, Chowmein and Cook up Rice with chicken. Now I'm dribbling...lol
