Awesome neighborhood Japanese.
Fantastic soup broth and noodles.
Authentic Japanese, good prices, good Sake list and and Japanese beer. Love this place for weeknight dinner with kids. Our local favorite.

Yami-ichi reminds me of the great izakaya pubs of Kyoto which I have visited often for work. Yami-ichi is my favorite Japanese restaurant in Brooklyn.

This is a wonderfully authentic Japanese cuisine restaurant. Simple with many choices. A great place to have happy hour or dinner. Really reminds me of my trip to Japan without burning a whole in my wallet. Great simplistic ambiance and wonderful attentive staff. Great sake selection. Can't recommend enough.
