The quality of the type of cuisine they offer is excellent. The folks working there are very personable, polite and upbeat. My only complaints of my two visits was that there was not enough of the personable, polite and upbeat staff present to deal with the volume of food they had to prepare. That being said, it was worth the wait.

I received stellar service from this location. Ali was patient with me as I combed the menu. He assured me the time I took was no problem while joking and making me feel very welcome. His customer service was very accommodating and a breath of fresh air. Carlos is clearly a master behind the grill because my sandwich was absolutely delish. I asked Carlos to make my sandwich with love; and he did just that! Kudos to this location for having these guys on the team! They clearly get customer service 101! I will definitely be back!

100% Halal is why I was happy to stop by. The setup is cute, the food is cooked in front of you as well. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak, lady liberty & the Cheesesteak hoagie but I think our order was messed up. The food was a bit on the salty and greasy side but still tasted good. The presentation was a bit messy. The customer service was fast and easy.

At first I was excited to come here but it quickly turned to uncertainty. I ordered but then noticed the girl ringing the order was not wearing a mask nor gloves AND she was chomping on food like it was her last meal on death row. By the time I realized it I already ordered. I was too busy making sure I maintained my 6 feet distance which was impossible to do with 4 other people coming in behind me to pick up orders for Uber etc. Well I ordered which was quick but then had to wait because the guy behind the grill took a break to let his kid and baby mother in behind the counter and to some back room. When he came out he began our order. After that the kid came back out the room to the cooking area and asked his dad for something so pops had to go back there and tend to whatever the nugget wanted. Apparently he left for too long because then I watched gloveless-maskless cashier girl step to the grill and man what pops left behind including my curly fries which came out overly cooked and hard. I can tell she was trying not to man the grill but finally gave in after 5 min of no sign of pops, the fry machine ringing, and meat cooking on the flat top. I owe pops a thanks for them most brutally crunchy curly fries. The food was sooo good don't get me wrong but the professionalism is missing. I think I'd wait to Philly for the original just off customer service alone.

If you’re craving a Philly cheesesteak from philly, this will definitely hit the spot. Ordered take out on a Saturday night, food arrived on time and was fresh and hot! I got the traditional one, wit onions and cheese wiz with a side of cheese curly fries (cheese comes on the side). Will order from here again!

Finally came out to Brooklyn to try this out and man was it really good! Felt like I was in philly eating a cheesesteak the wiz was good and the beef was fresh just the perfect amount of onions and the cheese fries were cooked perfectly and delicious cant wait to go back to this location or when they finally open up in Queens and Long Island!

I order from here about once a week since they opened. Their food is always fresh, everyone is always friendly. I see some of the other reviews about forgetting items, this happened to me once but I called- the owner seemed more upset about it than me. He refunded me obviously, and next time I ordered he put what they forgot in the bag and didn’t even charge. Love having this play nearby

Great food quality and very good food but no bathroom and the staff are like a high school cafeteria. Altough the staff was very nice while interacting with while sitting down eating they were cursing and singing along loudly to the music they were playing. Very unprofessional sorry to say cause they were nice. Best to take this food to go because the seats are very uncomfortable. The sandwich was very good. Food gets 5 stars but the duning area could be better.
