Every time we order from this location, they mark it as delivered when it has not been. It’s happened that my husband has called and was told “Oh sorry we forgot.” Or they arrive 10 minutes late. Also why pay the delivery fee if the delivery person does not come to your home? Instead they call and make you walk out to their car to get the food. Very unprofessional.

I had ordered a pizza on 09/12/21 at 12:36 pm and had to wait until 2:43 pm. I had called three times. The customer representative told me that my payment will be canceled. The pizza was still at the store. When I received the pizza it was warm and the driver expecting a tip. I called back to speak with the Manager and the representative transferred me. The phone was ringing and ringing so I will call back 09/13/21. If I do not speak with the Manager, I will dispute the charged. This is bad customer service!!

This location is committed to providing the worst possible customer service experience. Since I live 2 blocks away, I have done pickup on at least 3 occasions, today being my last. The first time I went there part of my order was done while they "forgot" the other part so I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Needless to say I had to reheat everything when I got back home. The second time the young lady was in the back if the restaurant buying cds and was too busy even get my order. This last time I paid for more order and was informed by the guy behind the counter that he "owed" me 78 cents because they had no change. Then gave me an attitude when I asked how can you take my money and not have any change.
