The attitude of the grassroots staff is too bad. during busy times. My meal is done. The two of them were chatting and laughing. Don't pack my food. Just two big fries. Two drinks took 20 minutes. I waited and said aloud, please excuse me. Hi. My meal is ready, please pack it for me. Don't keep talking and joking there. The staff countered me after I said it. what what what seems to be hitting me. I really admire these big companies. Hired employees serve others with this attitude. Busy place. I'm not a fan of fast food restaurants. Good for kids it has play place upstairs Update: lowered my rating to 2 atars. Today 05/12/22 I was here again and went to use the restroom and found it horrible, disgusting smell, toilet paper and urine on the floor. I wonder how often they clean this restroom !!! (Photos)

This poorly run McDonalds cheated me out of money! They gave me the wrong change and refused to correct it when I proved they were wrong. Rude and careless workers insult their customers! I will never patronize this slop shop again. All the workers look unhappy, but cant blame them. No one wants to work at McDonalds

I wish i could give them -⭐️.. I was so disappointed with my recent visit.. It seem like all mcdonalds cares about was gettin those uber eats grub hub orders out after waiting 10mins i asked about my order for the girl to tell me that my fish is cooking not to mention when i recieved my order ny fries were COLD and taste like cardboard!!! My drink was a sweet tea by the time i got my food my TEA had no ice yes i said TEA cause i was never even ask sweeten or unsweetn They cant get my $$ NO MORE

My daughter has a severe egg and peanut allergy, which more often than not, makes eating out nearly impossible. Not only do I have to be mindful of what is in the food itself, but I must also be mindful of cross contamination. McDonalds, particularly the one located on 86th street in Bay-ridge Brooklyn, makes it possible for my daughter to enjoy her favorite chicken nuggets, with plenty of sweet and sour, of course lol. The managers at this particular location go above and beyond their busy, fast paced workload to ensure that my daughters order is handled with care by assembling it themselves. Once I explain the situation , they are quick to ensure things are taken care of with her safety in mind. I truly want to take this opportunity to say thank for taking food allergies seriously.
