Honestly speaking this is my favorite ice cream shop. Once I walked into the store I was amazed by how unique and well decorated it was. The cashier was so friendly and suggested me the most popular flavors. I would recommend smoothies and soft serve definitely. Although the prices were more on the expensive side, it was absolutely delicious! Definitely would be coming back ;))

This place is super hipster and trendy and definitely family friendly. From 12-5 PM, the shop is storming with kids and parents; but from 6-11PM, the fancy and insane orders starts trickling in. People start ordering triple scoops on oreo cones with torches marshmallow on top. The topping of the day is always torched marshmallow. The workers would torch the marshmallow in front of you and the smell is to die for! They also offer vegan ice cream, ice cream cakes, milkshakes, floats, sundaes, and chocolates as well. People come here for the fancy cones and take pictures for their Instagram feeds. During the pandemic, the shop opened for take-away and I was super impressed on how they handled the transactions. They had gloves and masks on (of course), but they also offer hand sanitizer to help stop the spread of COVID-19. It is a super thoughtful action to provide for the customers and others who may interact with them as well.

The reason why I gave 4 out of 5 because they don’t have enough seats. Let’s talk about the ice cream. They let us get samples. I tried so many.. The lady told me about the vegan flavors. Wow.. I love it.. I ordered 2 scoops of vegan mango. The ice cream was "creamy," will go back when during the weekdays. July 22, 2019 (Rain) Went here again.. love their vegan mango. Weekdays is better than weekend.. As least I have seat today.

Such a fun concept for an ice cream shop! They have so many different original flavors and combinations that you won’t find anywhere else. The best part is the waffle cones they sell! They cover them in marshmallows, fruit loops, anything you could imagine. Not only is the ice cream worth the trip but so is the cones!

Ice Cream was very good. Charged $10.00 for 2 scoops with waffle cone and bottle of water. Not bad price but could be a little cheaper. Nice atmosphere, however upstairs could use sofa chairs to have a comfortable feeling. Hats off with the chocolate ice cream. Could be a bit more nicer to customers, guy had a bit of a snobby attitude. I would recommend the chocolate ice cream (Chocolate Moose) with a waffle cone. Enjoy Guys.

Let me start by saying that the ice cream here is amazing. However, since the ownership change last year, the service and pricing has been terrible. One scoop with a waffle cone is $9.71. 50% more than Haagan Dazs across the street. Staff are stiff and unpleasant. Also, you now have to pay when you order, even when there is a line for the cashier, whereas there is available staff to get you the ice cream. Zero understanding of customer service since the new ownership. Such a pity.

The WORST EVER!!!!! They aren’t serving customers safely. Recently, I ordered ice cream only to have another customer inside the door without a mask talking over my ice cream as it laid on the counter. I explained to that it wasn’t sanitary. I kindly asked them to make it over. The response wasn’t pleasant. They were very nasty toward me. I asked for a refund. It was a pleasant experience. IF YOU WANT TO GET INFECTED PURCHASE ICE CREAM HERE. HORRIBLE!!!!!
