Dunkin'

03/25/2021 850pm ， I walked into the Dunkin’ Donuts and wanted to buy a dozen donuts. A girls working there wearing mask improperly, her mask under her chin. She was calculating money and didn’t even look at me. Just by saying “you have to wait .“ I walked out the door right away. If the food store staffs didn’t wear mask properly it will hold me back to buy food from there.

I just moved into this neighborhood and today was my first time here. Horrible horrible service. The lady charged somebody else for my order by accident and she kept me there for 10 mins telling me to pay her cash over and over again when I stated clearly that I don’t have cash with me. She tells me to go get cash from the ATM. I’ve never had such a bad morning or service, especially for a pregnant person to go through stress like this for no reason. Definitely not coming back here.

This Dunkin’ Donuts has a drive-through and they have a parking at the site and the good thing is that like they provide the good quality of food and coffee donuts and they have ice cream as well in the packed ones and the open one the fresh ones. You can sit and relax there the view outside is so good and also there’s a park nearby so this place is my ideal place. You can just grab the coffee and sit out in the park.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience!!! UNFRIENDLY and RUDE staff!!!! I order my drink and the cashier questions if I am using a screenshot and start messing with my phone. Everytime I go I am very disappointed at the service and the drink, which they do not make correctly every single time. Usually, I let it slide and dont speak up. Today is the first time I told them to remake my drink and the guy questions why I didnt give specific instruction when ordering. I told him that I did. Then, very reluctantly he "REMAKES" my drink. He DID NOT REMAKE THE DRINK, all he did was add more milk to the intial drink. I can tell because I ask for skim milk latte with 1 pump of caramel. It was too sweet initially and the color of the second cup was obviously more whole milk. I had to throw this cup of latte away because I dont want to drink whole milk and didnt want to go back to deal with the unfriendly and rude staff. Please stay away from this Dunkin. I live in this neighborhood and have to say please go to the one on ave X or the one on 86st and just NOT this one.
