Atomic Wings

I ordered 20 wings as soon as the Super Bowl started. My order was accepted and I was not warned of any delays with delivery. After an hour, I called Atomic Wings to check on my order but the phone continued to ring with no answer. After three hours, I called again to make sure they didn't deliver and charge my card as I received food from another vendor. The employee I spoke to claimed they called me 30 minutes prior to ask me if I still wanted my order. I declined, and as a result of my experience, I will never order from this establishment again.

I pre-ordered for the superbowl. I gave my credit card information and asked not to be charged because me and a few guys where chipping in and paying cash. The guy said NO PROBLEM. I see the online price of $39.99 for a tray of 50 and i also ordered a tray of 20. I check my account later on throughout the day and find out that I was charged. At that- I was overcharged. I spoke with someone there, and they informed me that there is a $10 surcharge per order for the superbowl. Complete Bull!! I cancelled my order and placed it with Bonnies Grill in Bklyn. Much cheaper and quality is better. Never going to this place or ordering from here. The customer service agent was not even apologetic for what had occurred. I will take my business and money elsewhere.
