Golden crust in Coney Island should be ashamed of yourself.I get large 9$ soup only 1 small piece of chicken inside.there customer service is always shady and they are way over priced and cheat every one out of the meat no matter what you order.I hope this place go out of business.yarl will never get my money again.too many times yarl give me 1 piece of meat n my soup and we not even gonna talk about the oxtail rice almost 30$ now n u still get 4 pieces smh.go to hell golden crust n burn!!!!

I go to this excellent restaurant often because I love the ambiance that is characterizes this place. The team is awfuly helpful and qualified. The service is awfully efficient. Most important, the food they serve is highly distinguished. I frequent many times and I was always joyful. The rate is fair. I highly recommend this restaurant to to everybody.

I went this morning an brought 3 fried dumplin an a small food with salt fish. The fried dumplins swimming in oil and cold. The salt fish with the food was so dry. When I took back the 2 dumplin they didn't want to give me my money back. Disgusting service.

Service is so slow, especially at lunchtime. One person taking orders, touching food and money at the same time. They don’t accept credit/debit cards for payment. The food is hit or miss, depending on who’s in the kitchen. Tastefulness is not consistent. Pricey food since there’s no competition for Caribbean food in the area.

Very lovely and friendly staff. Large platter of oxtail is what I ordered on every visit. Masks required.

I ordered a stewed chicken dinner through Uber Eats.. what came was something like a "Roti" something...(there was no rice no veggies or plantains...etc) the menu was very confuing. I contacted Golden krust and they said they were not able to do anything. I contacted Uber Eats but have not gotten any response.

So this place always seems to be packed especially in light of COVID -19 pandemic. .. & the adhere strictly to the 6-ft social distancing + mask policy.
Now to the meat of the matter- I get breakfast here every chance I can - the Ackee & Codfish is off the chain GOOD...never had better..mouth-watering good. Sometimes service is a little slow but I'll wait in line for the Ackee & any flavor soup they serve...AWESOME, Clean, Wholesome Jamaican food!!!
