Grace Before Meals Roti Shop

I wish I could give these idiots zero stars. Their food is mediocre and not worth it. But this last time I tried their food once again and it was horrible. The customer service from the the short black girl behind counter, who face look like somebody done pissed in her coffee. She gave me some cold, hard pholourie, the doubles were cold, like it’s been sitting there all morning. I told her no hot sauce, she took the spoon from the hot sauce and dip it in the tamarind sauce. I got home heated up pholourie and ate it, ended up with mild diarrhea. The workers always seem to have attitude. Never again.

Well I had ordered here before and I believe the food wasn't half bad and I am kicking myself for not writing a review at the time. This time I had a hankering for some roti and doubles so decided to order ($3.99 delivery charge on top of my $3 tip?!) when with my order came up to $30. Not even 5 minutes after I hit Order Checkout on GrubHub I was called by a "staff" of Grace and I say "staff" because clearly this couldn't have been someone trained or someone who cared about return business. She informed me they didn't have curry chicken or white rice. Huh? Did i accidentally order from Burger King? How can you not have the BASIC food of Caribbean staples in the entire store? I am informed they only have beef and fried rice; neither of them are close to my selection. I am informed I have to pay more for the beef which I am not happy about. \ I have paid with card so I am trying to figure out how I can recoup my $8 which the curry chicken w rice would have cost when the snotty thing on the phone informed me they dont actually have my money so they wouldn't be giving me anything in terms of a refund. Well I dont work the financial district but I know that charge IS processing so either way they will get my money and I'm out with food I actually dont want so who loses on this deal? I quickly got Miss. Thang off the phone and hastily cancelled with the help of a Grub Hub representative. Never again. So wack. So unprofessional.

They almost poison me with their left overs in the morning around 11am... The first tall lady i seen i should've walk back out, i don't know if she was on her period but the way her face was i started getting bad vibes about the food didn't even enjoyed it. (spoil dirty face -----spoil curry goat).....went back a couple of days tell the lady about the food she looking at me like I'm handicap..
