Denny's

First let's start with the kitchen and service staff was great. The food was delicious but the restaurant was so cold that by the second bite my food was cold. My server reheated my soup and tea twice but it was so cold that it didn't matter. I was highly disappointed. Today was a particularly trying day for me during dialysis and this was my treat for enduring it. But it was ruined.

My honey bun & I ate there this morning the people @ the front desk were very well mannered & polite on the phone too! Parking is too small service was nice food so so eggs tasted processed hash browns burnt brown shredded small breakfast sausages from 1-10 10 being the best DENNY'S get a 9 FOR THE STAFF 4 FOR the PARKING & 5 FOR THE FOOD My honey & I say we loves Denny's but had better food @ Denny's in Florida Atlanta even in N.J & it's the truth sorry.

I just walked out 5/6/22 6:40 pm after a horrible experience with the manager. Firstly, a nice waitress came to seat us and he grabbed the menu out of her hand to seat us instead. He brusquely advised cash only no cards. We said fine we have enough and he repeated "you have enough?" We were the ONLY ones in the restaurant at the time. The manager then came to take our order about 5 minutes later (again instead of the waitress). When ordering a kids meal I asked to substitute the pork bacon for turkey. The manager stated "we don't do turkey bacon for kids meals." I advised him that we had gotten turkey bacon for the kids meals previously to which the manager responded "well if someone did it for you before you shouldn't say because you get them in trouble." Mind you I never said a name it was general. I then showed him where it says turkey bacon on the kids menu and he came up with some story about 1 piece. In the midst of it he kept telling me if someone does something for you you shouldn't tell because you'll get them in trouble. So with all of this I took my party of four told them let's go and walked out. Never again will I go here!
