Labella Pizza Express

I stop by for a quick bite around 1:30 pm, they were busy. The pizza guy was really nice and attentive, they have a vast menu from heroes and italian dishes, but I ordered 2 regular slices and 1 sicilian fresh mozzarela and a snapple and I paid $10.25 but sadly it was tasteless and salty, the pizza man and counter person wore their face masks at all times, but the guy who seemed to be the owner, had his mask below his chin and was speaking near the pizza to be sold, now in this hard times with covid19 we all should follow the safety protocol but specially owners or managers. Also bathroom was dirty and unsanitary, this doesn't help specially if food is not good. I won't stop by anymore, it was not a good experience.

Almost, but not quite there yet! These guys are efficient, run a clean shop, attentive and friendly. However, the shrimp parmigiana while fresh was just missing something. The sauce was a little watery and cheese rubbery. I know the meal is pricey for business owners and clients, but any meal over $12 requires premium ingredients, so that I won't care about price. I'm going back for the chicken parmigiana, if it's not a hit, I'm going around the corner.

I called Muhammad the manager to notify him that he charged me for a pizza that I did not want and did not order. My order should have only contained 1 large pizza with pepperoni and sausage 1 Philly cheese steak roll and 1 two liter of ginger ale. He took it upon himself to add a 1 large cheese pizza. When I told him I wanted to return the mistake pizza and I wanted the money put back on my debit card. He tried to offer me credit for his mistake for another pizza in the future. The problem is with that is this is not the first time this occurred and he said that. When we went to collect the pizza owed to us he claimed he had no knowledge of owing us a pizza. So I told him no I want the money back on my card and for him to pick up his pizza. He started to yell at me and talking where I couldn’t get a word in. I notified him that I was contacting my bank and disputing the charge. I will never go here again.

Ordered a large neopolitan pizza with mushrooms and it was pretty good! Everyone enjoyed it, and the touch of pesto was a nice touch. Crust is a little thicker than the typical ny slice - a bit more like bread. Friendly and courteous service although I ordered to go. Tip: order online for a 10% discount.

Used to be a great pizza spot, sometimes it's a hit or a miss and slice quality just isn't like before. Prices have gotten jacked up quite a bit but they have a good pandemic special 10 dollars medium pie. They just really need to step up their pizza game again and not overcook/burn their slices. Keep it simple keep it fresh and could easily go to 4-5 stars.
