As a landlord, I have never needed to use a realtor as I found great tenants on my own. Due to the competition in the neighborhood, I decided to respond to Raul when he reached out to me. With his aggressive marketing techniques, he found me the perfect tenant within 5 days of it being posted. He was there from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend his services and the parting bottle of wine sealed the deal .
