Steve's Diner

Me and my wife stopped in for some quick grub on a Monday night. Surprised to see the dining room was packed, with phones ringing off the hook. Despite the mad rush, the food came out hot and in a hurry - whoever was in back was clearly putting in effort. Lawrence up front was an absolute machine, juggling the phone, the register, and a full house of tables nonstop. All with an excellent attitude and crazy efficiency - rare these days. Great meal, great price, great people. We can't wait to go back.

The 2 older ladies that work here at 9am-12pm or whatever they work are not it i refuse to buy food from there if they are working. They are super rude the way they talk and for whatever reason the prices are like doubled i swear i thought i was trippin but i asked for a gyro and they said 11 dollars but online its 5 dollars with some change and this is true because i made the same order in the morning at 4am and its 5 dollars just like the online menu says so i just feel robbed disrespected also i gave her 30 dollars to buy an 11 dollar order and she was trying to give me 3 dollars back as change and i almost had to lose my cool just to get my money back because she messed up and she was trying to make me sound dumb so yea those 2 workers absolutely just killed that diner for me i only go in the morning and that staff knows what their doing they are professional, super nice, and will greet you with a smile its literally like a whole other Diner it’s unbelievable

This place was so great! Our waitress was very informative, welcoming and pointed is in the right direction with her ice cream suggestion. I loved how the Chilli cheese dogs were made, though they were different from the cincinnati way they were just as good if not better. Definitely making that 3 hour trip again.
